Pear-Apple Must

From mild to strong, from sweet to tangy – must is available in a variety of tastes.

Must is produced from fermented apple or pear juice and is the Upper Austrian’s “national” beverage – hence their nickname “must heads”. The roads to the quaint must taverns are lined by beautiful old apple trees and gnarly perry pear trees. Relax over a jug of must and some hearty local snacks!
