Sporty and fit at the Vitalwelt
Starting from the Europa Square you can enjoy running or Nordic Walking on one of the seven routes for all difficulty levels in the region. The routes lead you through the most beautiful areas in the parish, and some of them are also accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Folders with descriptions, route lengths and elevation profiles can be obtained free of charge from the tourist information office in Bad Schallerbach.
Discover Austria’s first Nordic.Fitness.Park in the Hausruck forest. You can enjoy the latest endurance sport in optimal conditions along four licensed Nordic walking routes. The routes are between 2.7 and 11.7 kilometres in length and have differing demands and elevation profiles.
A folder with detailed descriptions of the routes and much more can be obtained free of charge from the tourist information office in Bad Schallerbach or the guest information service in Gallspach.

"goruck" high wire park -
Haag am Hausruck
Adventure seekers will find what they’re looking for in the “goruck” high wire park. Supervised by qualified trainers, you move between the treetops in the different difficulty levels. Children can display their courage and dexterity on special routes.

Trattnach nature trail -
The trail leads you over 2.5 kilometres from Wallern along the Trattnach into the nearby Bad Schallerbach. 22 display boards give an insight into the diversity of the beautiful area around the Trattnach and provide information about ecological connections between the regional flora and fauna. Benches and tables invite you to take a break and enjoy a picnic.
