Exclusion of liability

The Vitalwelt tourism association provides no guarantees for the up-to-dateness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Vitalwelt tourism association related to material or immaterial damages caused by the use of, or failure to use, the information provided, or the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are fundamentally excluded as long as there is no demonstrable wilful or gross negligence on the part of the Vitalwelt tourism association. All offers are subject to alteration and non-binding. The Vitalwelt tourism association expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offering without making a separate announcement, or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.

References and links

A liability obligation for direct or indirect references to third-party internet pages, so-called “links”, which lie outside the area of responsibility of the Vitalwelt tourism association would only arise if the Vitalwelt tourism association were aware of the content and it would be reasonable and technically possible for it to prevent the content being used if it is unlawful. The Vitalwelt tourism association hereby expressly declares that, at the time of setting the links, the corresponding linked pages contained no illegal content. The Vitalwelt tourism association has no influence on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. The Vitalwelt tourism association thus hereby expressly distances itself from all content on all linked pages that was amended after the links had been set. This applies to all links and references set within its own internet offering, and also to entries from third parties in services such as guest books, discussion forums, mailing lists and the like set up by the company. Only the provider of the linked page shall be liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and, in particular, the use of, or failure to use, such information offered and not the party that only refers to the relevant publication via links.

Author and trademark law

In all publications, the Vitalwelt tourism association strives to observe the copyrights of the graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts, to use graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts it created itself, or to make use of licence-free graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts. All trademarks and brand names stated in the internet offering, and which may be protected by third parties, are subject without limitation to the provisions of the valid trademark law and the ownership rights of the registered owners. The sole mentioning of a trade mark should not lead to the assumption that it is not protected by the rights of a third party! The copyright for objects published and created by the Vitalwelt tourism association shall remain solely with the page owner. It is not permitted to copy or use such graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications without the express authorisation of the Vitalwelt tourism association.

Any liability for direct, indirect or other damage, regardless of its cause, that arises from the use or non-availability of the data and information on this homepage is, if legally permissible, excluded. The content of this homepage is protected under copyright. The information is only intended for personal use. Any further use, particularly storage in databases, copying and any kind of commercial use, as well as passing it on to third parties, also in part or in revised form, is forbidden without the approval of the relevant organisation.
