Nature park Obst-Hügel-Land (fruits-hills-land)
Located in the villages Scharten and St. Marienkirchen an der Polsenz, this nature park is ideal to experience nature in many ways. From the blossoms of the fruit trees in spring to the fruit harvest in autumn, from exclusive offers that also include a course in fruit tree cutting.
Offers
The nature park is very popular for hikers and bikers. Enjoy a glass of cider on one of the eleven paths. Get the map therefor at the Vitalwelt tourist-info in Bad Schallerbach or directly at the nature park's office in St. Marienkirchen.
Don't forget to visit the cider museum in St. Marienkirchen and one of the many farmers who sell fresh fruits (cherries, abricots, apples and pears), cider, juices or schnaps.

Veranstaltungen
Das jährliche Veranstaltungsprogramm im Naturpark Obst-Hügel-Land erstreckt sich von März bis November. Neben Wanderungen und Naturführungen, Kräuterworkshops und Obstbaumschnittkursen oder auch den beliebten Mostkosten gibt es zusätzlich spezielle Naturerlebnisangebote für Kinder wie etwa die Bat-Nights.
