Bad Schallerbach botanica park

In the 22 ha Botanica Park directly at the EurothermenResort Bad Schallerbach, parents and children will find plenty of space for exercise. The former spa park, which was the venue for the Upper Austrian Botanica State Garden Show in 2009, is varied and diverse in design. Among other things, the children's farm with small animals and pony rides is a special attraction for families (July - September).

Start your exploration tour through Botanica Park on the 2.6 km long circular route amidst a sea of flowers and a wide variety of plants, including a panoramic viewing platform with a suspension bridge and a spiral slide for children. Discover the lovingly designed garden areas:

• Pharmacist's Garden with more than 100 medicinal plants
• Meditation Garden with willow dome for shade
• Vienna Rose Garden: splendor of blossoms and fragrance from June to September
• Water gardens: Stone Mist Garden, Wellness Garden and Sulfur Spring Garden

• Nature pond with jungle path for big and small explorers
• Forest playground for children with suspension bridge, tree swings and climbing playground
