Outdoor fun at the experience mountain Luisenhoehe

On the trail of the senses, the hike at experience mountain Luisenhoehe is an experience in itself. It continues with courage, skill and fun.

Path of the senses

Reach the top of Erlebnisberg Luisenhöhe by passing 25 stations with special themes regarding senses. Start at the valley station of the mountain railway and hike through the Hausruckwald to the tower where you can enjoy a great view. Total length of the route: 3.5 km.

Panoramic view

... for those with a head for heights from the lookout tower. This is also the last stop on the "Path of the Senses" and offers a magnificent panoramic view in all directions from its 32 meters height on clear days: Look forward to the wonderful panoramic view from the Lower Austrian Oetscher over the Dachstein to the Salzburg Untersberg and from the Innviertel over the Bohemian Forest to in the central region of Upper Austria.

Conquer tree tops in the forest high ropes park

If you are looking for a sporty adventure, you are guaranteed to find it in the forest park "GoRuck". Entry directly next to the mountain station of the Erlebnisbergbahn. Supervised by trainers, you move between the tree tops in a variety of difficulty levels and heights. You can expect a continuous security system in seven differently difficult courses.

With a swing into the valley

The summer toboggan run on its 750 meter long route offers a special experience for young and old. Regardless of whether it's fast or leisurely: embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Luisenhöhe, it stands for a special sledding fun. An unforgettable excursion destination for everyone who is not afraid of a little adrenaline!

Adventure Mountain Railway

The Luisenhoehe is also easy to reach for parents with prams or people with walking difficulties: the barrier-free train goes up and down a circular route - and also takes all those for whom the summer toboggan run is not suitable.

View - the second

The "Landlblick" viewing platform is located directly at the mountain station. As the name suggests, it offers a fascinating view of Haag am Hausruck and Hausrucklandl (this is the surroundings). Accessible.

Hiking path and towers opened all year long for free of charge. Summer toggoban run and forest park are being opened from April (approx. Easter) to the end of October.
