Hofzeit

We are a cooperative enterprise in Rottenbach that operates a farm shop with predominantly local products (opening hours: Friday 09:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 09:00 am - 2:00 pm).

The fresh produce section is open from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 am - 8:00 pm. There is an introduction to self-service in the fresh produce section during the opening hours at the farm shop.

A small restaurant, where guests can enjoy our seasonal regional brunch buffet on Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm, complements the offering. Lunch is served from 11 am to 2 pm on these days. During the farm shop's opening hours, fresh fish is also available upon pre-order. We kindly request pre-reservation by Tuesday at +43 664 428 33 44.
Furthermore, there is a sale of young, potted, and herb plants during opening hours.

An interesting pilot project is our aquaponics system, which is a closed-loop system of fish and plants.
