Roast pork, Wiener Schnitzel or cheese spaetzle, that's really too tempting to resist. Nothing beats our tasty and sometimes hearty home cooking. Feast, in the typical Austrian manner, from the starter to the dessert, from the liver dumpling or pancake soup to the apricot pancake or the Austrian Kaiserschmarrn. Pastry cuisine in particular has a long tradition in Austria and often offers a large variety of delicious cakes, tarts and desserts. These give us a feeling of home and often bring back memories of childhood, when we were served dishes by grandma or mum. Enjoy your meal!
