A winter and a summer construct, each independent in its own way – and yet connected.

In mid-February 2026, we will open the Roßmarkt. Until the end of April, we welcome you to our small guest room.

In winter, it will be intentionally compact:
In the evening, you can choose from a small menu of 3, 4, or 5 dishes.

In summer, we turn a different page: We embrace the familiar snack theme. We reinterpret it and complement it with seasonal, light dishes. - fresh, simple & just to our taste.

We offer local and homemade snack delicacies from an original snack menu as well as most, beer and juices from the region.

The shady guest garden and the cozy guest room in the oldest wooden building in town are perfect for meeting friends, having a snack with the family and ending the day nicely. Our motto "Time out. In the middle of the city." does not remain a theoretical saying. Here, the down-to-earth cuisine, the unique ambience and the cordial and personal service become tangible for the guest.
