The SPAR Austria Group is a Central European retail group and in its core business also operates in Italy, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia; in the shopping center sector also in the Czech Republic, and with Hervis additionally in the Czech Republic, Romania and Bavaria. With REGIO, TANN and WEINGUT Schloss FELS, SPAR also runs three of its own production facilities.

With the vision "From an Austrian trading company to a Central European trading group", SPAR adapts its structure in 2011 and founds SPAR Holding AG, under whose umbrella SPAR-AG (incl. INTERSPAR and Hervis)ASPIAG (Austrian SPAR International AG)SES Spar European Shopping Centers are located.
