Whether marinated meat specialties in summer or roast pork all year round: With us you always get the right basic products for tasty dishes, which you can prepare as you like.
Furthermore, we offer you numerous ready-made products such as roasted Surstelze, roasted Surbauch, Surbraten vom Schopf, Kümmelbraten, Pfefferkarree, Hamburger and Beuschl for immediate enjoyment.
For your celebrations at home we are also happy to prepare hot dishes such as "Bratl in der Rein", roast veal, roast beef, hot stilts and hot ribs.

Quality meat from the region
Our pork comes from our own fattening and slaughtering. Due to our special feeding it is tender, compact, unique in taste - it has hardly any roasting losses and does not become "dry".
Cattle slaughtered by us come exclusively from the region and also meet our high quality standards. They are only cut up for sale after six days of maturing in the whole. This way you can enjoy matured meat that is still fresh.
The calves also come from the immediate vicinity and from our own slaughtering. They have been fed only with milk, hence the delicate pink color and the typical taste of a hearty veal roast.
