Sonderkrankenanstalt und Rehabilitationszentrum Bad Schallerbach

As early as 1924, a health resort was founded by the legal predecessors of the PVA at the Grieskirchner Straße site. In 1971, the facility was rededicated as a rehabilitation center.

The rehabilitation center at Schönauer Strasse 45 is located near the center, adjacent to agricultural areas. It has been in operation since 1998.

In summer 2016, the 80-bed extension was put into operation and officially opened in spring 2017.

There are 192 single rooms and a ward with 30 beds. Approximately 3,600 patients are admitted for treatment each year. Our facility is barrier-free accessible.
