Salutogenesis deals with the development and maintenance of HEALTH. This is exactly what I keep in focus in my work as a psychological advisor. I support individuals in single or family settings or in couples counseling. It is important to recognize and neutralize drivers and patterns, to change perspectives and ways of thinking, and thereby to discover one’s own paths to solve problems.
