Our 160 m² large holiday apartment is located in an absolutely quiet, rural environment on a decommissioned farm, and yet only 20 minutes from Eurotherme Bad Schallerbach. Housed in a lovingly converted former barn, it combines historic charm with modern living comfort. The impressive vault gives the apartment a unique, authentic atmosphere. On generous 160 m², three double beds are available - ideal for families, friends, or small groups. The kitchen with dining area invites you to enjoy meals together, while the cozy living area offers space to relax. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.

A special highlight is the terrace in the sheltered courtyard - perfect for quiet morning hours or relaxed evenings in rural idyll.

Horse lovers are also catered for: a boarding space for horses is available, making a holiday with horses possible. The surrounding nature is perfect for rides and relaxation.
