Mulled Most or apple punch jelly
Leftover mulled Most or apple punch can be used without much effort and refined into a delicious jelly for the biscuit bakery.
- 750 ml mulled cider or apple punch
- 500 g preserving sugar 2:1
Boil the mulled cider or apple punch with the preserving sugar to make jelly.
Before filling, test the jelly and then fill into jars in the same way as when making jam.
